Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or ordering mistakes.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos showing the problem

If the issue is verified, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.
